Join our team as a Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CNO!

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the Administration Department staff, including performing clerical duties, attending departmental and clinical meetings, coordinating medical staff activities, maintaining medical staff credentialing and files.  Act as point of contact among executives, employees, and other leadership. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives' calendar and set up meetings. Manage daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Oversee performance of the clerical/switchboard staff. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory. Format information for internal and external communication; memos, emails, presentations, reports, etc. Screen and direct phone calls. Organize and maintain the office filing system. 

Education: Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: At least three (3) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant in a health care setting or two (2) years in human resource experience, preferably in a health care setting; or combination of education, training or experience in either field.

Compensation:

This is a full-time, exempt role, and the expected compensation range is between $55,000.00.00 and $65,000.00 annually. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be given to experience and skill level. Join us as our Executive Assistant to the CEO, COO, and CNO.
