We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our ARIS business unit in Netherlands.
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to two members of our leadership team, VP Solution Architecture & CSM and Chief Marketing Officer by handling complex, confidential, and sensitive tasks.
Essential functions:
Manage executive’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Organize and coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Maintain organized filing systems for both electronic and paper documents.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Prepare and process accurate, timely expense reports.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Ensure the executive is well-prepared for meetings and engagements.
Minimum requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive support role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.
Fluency in English is required.
