Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize meetings effectively based on business needs
- Ensure time for heads down work and personal time is built into the executive’s schedule
- Determine context and create pre-reads for key meetings
- Support presentation creation
- Complete ad hoc strategic projects as needed
Key Requirements:
- You’re organized and incredibly detail oriented
- You’ve effectively partnered with senior executives in fast paced, highly dynamic environments
- You have a strong executive presence and are comfortable interfacing with senior leaders at partner organizations
- You’re able to complete a wide range of tasks including everything from organizing travel to updating presentation slides
- You have a flexible schedule that enables you to support an executive with frequent global travel
- You are fluent in Mandarin, Chinese
