The Opportunity

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to be the heart of our Richardson, Texas office. This dynamic role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the site while providing high-level administrative support to our Sr. Vice President & General Manager, Products and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional communication skills, and act as a key liaison between the local office and our global corporate functions. This position is approximately 70% focused on executive assistant responsibilities and 30% on office management.

What You Will Do

Executive Assistant (Approximately 70%)

  • Strategic Partnership & Time Optimization: Act as a strategic partner and gatekeeper for the SVP & GM, Products and senior leaders, expertly managing complex calendars to protect and align their time with key business priorities.
  • Executive Meeting & Engagement Management: Drive the rhythm of the business by flawlessly planning and executing key meetings, leadership off-sites, and key customer engagements. Responsibilities include developing agendas, ensuring stakeholder preparedness, and managing all logistics to foster productive outcomes.
  • Complex Global Travel Orchestration: Seamlessly orchestrate complex global and domestic travel, creating detailed itineraries that anticipate needs and ensure executives are prepared and effective while on the move.
  • Confidential Liaison & Communication: Serve as a trusted confidant and primary liaison, managing the flow of sensitive information and communications with the highest degree of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Expense & Project Coordination: Diligently manage executive expense reconciliation and provide critical support for ad-hoc projects, presentations, and strategic initiatives.

Office Management (Approximately 30%)

  • Daily Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Richardson office to ensure a well-functioning, organized, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors.
  • Vendor & Facilities Liaison: Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for property management, maintenance, and service vendors (e.g., cleaning, catering, security).
  • Collaboration with Global Teams: Act as the local "on the ground" partner for global leaders in Facilities, HR, and IT. Facilitate the local rollout and management of corporate programs, policy updates, and initiatives.
  • Workplace Experience & Amenities: Curate a best-in-class workplace by managing all office amenities, resources, and supplies. You will be empowered to ensure the Richardson site is an engaging, productive, and premium environment that reflects Allegro's culture.
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience: Support the new hire onboarding process by preparing workstations and coordinating with internal teams. Champion and invest in a strong in-office culture by helping to organize team gatherings and events.

What You Will Bring

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-suite or SVP-level executives in a fast-paced, global technology company.
  • Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities, anticipate needs, and maintain a calm and effective approach under pressure.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams) and experience with travel and expense systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization, clients, and visitors.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
  • Utmost discretion and maturity in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
