EXECUTIVE - ANALYTICS

The AHTU PMU @ Women Safety Wing is being set up in collaboration with the Association for Voluntary Action (AVA). Association for Voluntary Action (AVA) is a child rights since 1979. These positions, while operating out of WSW premises, are fully funded by and on the roles of AVA, with no direct employment relationship with the Women Safety Wing.

Along with various other services, the AHTU PMU also renders research based investigative support for cases involving multiple intra and interstate jurisdictions. The Executive Analytics reports to the Program Manager of the PMU and renders such back-office support as required for investigative success.

1.      The Executive Analytics is responsible for Investigations Tracking @ the AHTU PMU and does the role of an Analysts. He or SHE will be responsible for OSINT based research to identify threat actors and key players in the Trafficking eco-system.

2.      The role shall generate secondary intelligence through open-source research on dark web, Telegram Channels, and other platforms and shall organize, analyze, and develop reliable intelligence products necessary to aid situational understanding, support field action.

3.      Interact with Central and other State Law Enforcement officers through official channels, and directly to various Civil Society Organizations and maintain a database of key players across  the country in Trafficking, with special focus on seller and enabler networks in Telangana.

Qualification

Engineer or MBA with certification in Data Analytics from a recognized institution. BBA with Data Analytics certification can also apply.

Should be less than 45 years as on date of application.

Experience

Should have not less than 3 years of experience working as a Research Associate or Data Analyst, Fraud Investigator or similar in a Consulting or Insurance firms, or in the Fraud Team of Banks, e-commerce firms etc.

5.      Good comprehension, communication (verbal, written) skills is required to interpret content

8.      Working in a Technology enabled environment [Ticketing Software, Video Conferencing etc.]

9.      Fluent in reading & writing Telugu &English language.

10.   Advanced Excel Data Management Skills

11.   Proficient in database query using sql, VB, Tableu and other tools.

12.   Documentation and Presentation making Skills

Languages

Should be fluent in Telugu, Hindi & English.

Work Location

The position will be working out of Women Safety Wing, Lakdi Ka Pul, Hyderabad.

Compensation

The gross remuneration shall be ₹40 thousand per month.

Initial Tenure

The tenure of the engagement is co-terminus with the project. The initial employment will be for 1 year. Annual performance appraisals will determine continuity of service, year on year.
