As an Executive Administrator at Redfin, you will provide high-level business support to our Chief Product Officer, serving as their administrative partner in a highly visible role. About the role

  • Coordinate complex calendar management by proactively scheduling meetings, resolving  conflicts, and ensuring your executive is fully prepared with necessary materials for all engagements

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of communications including internal and external mail, email, and voicemail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate routing of information

  • Plan and arrange comprehensive travel logistics including flights,  accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries with contingency plans

  • Maintain  accurate financial records by processing expense reports, tracking  budgets, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with company  financial policies

  • Serve  as a strategic gatekeeper by prioritizing meeting requests, managing access to your executive, and making independent decisions on matters of  significance

  • Capture detailed meeting notes, identify and communicate action items, and follow up on deliverables to ensure accountability and completion

  • Prepare  professional documents including presentations, reports, correspondence,  and meeting materials that effectively represent your executive's voice  and vision

  • Act as a go-to partner for teams across Redfin & Rocket, from Brokerage Ops to HR and Product

  • Help plan team events, offsites, and leadership gatherings that bring people together

About you

  • Minimum of two-years’ experience working in an administrative or office support role and hold a bachelor's degree (preferred)

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally at all levels

  • Ability to operate in ambiguity by prioritizing competing initiatives, and driving clarity and alignment in fast-moving, evolving environments

  • Demonstrated experience of thinking proactively and anticipating needs with a strategic approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements. The compensation for this position is $115,000-$155,500. The position may also be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and other employment-related benefits including, but not limited to, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K retirement plan, and paid-time off.
