Position Description
- The candidate would provide analytical and specialized administrative support as necessary to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Responsibilities will include, but are not limited, general office management including travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling, calendaring, administrative support, office supplies procurement support, and organizing and scheduling numerous team events.
- Ability to adapt seamlessly and proactively within a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
- Work cross functionally with other executives and executive administrators.
- Organize and schedule meetings.
Position Requirements
- This position requires a HS diploma, BA/BS preferred, with 5+ years’ experience supporting executive-level (VP & above)
- Experience in working with Sr. Level Executives inside and outside the company.
- Must have a solid work experience and be highly proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be comfortable with various systems such as Coupa or procurement systems.
- Ability to multi-task effectively is critical, as is supporting multiple people concurrently.
- Ability to work efficiently with little supervision is essential.
- Positive attitude, mature, ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, comfortable working under pressure, desire to be helpful is also required.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Located in , San Jose, CA.
- Prior experience with Sales Organizations preferred.
