We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to work directly with and support our CEO.


Our desired outcome is for this person to become an integral partner for our CEO and our senior leadership team while getting exposed to all elements of our SaaS company.


This is the right role for you if you are: methodical, thrive in change, being under pressure gives you energy, can balance many deadline-driven tasks, able to maintain and/or strengthen relationships between teams and external contacts and have exceptional attention to detail with an extremely thoughtful approach. A high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial as you will work closely with the executive team.

What You'll Do:

  • Support our Chief Executive Officer on all administrative tasks
  • Responsible for scheduling internal/external meetings, inbox management, booking travel, expenses, calendar management, etc.
  • Administrative support for other executive team members, when needed
  • Events Coordination- Corporate events, leadership team off-site meetings, and travel itineraries
  • Organize, manage, and run company All Hands meetings + GTM Weekly meetings
  • Record and actively note take/action company level events from CEO and Senior Leadership Team and share/collaborate with appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist the CFO in QBR preparation, scheduling, and coordination 
  • Board of Directors meeting coordination 
  • Analyze procedural problems and implement process improvements 

You Should Have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to a C level executive
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is recommended
  • Active and positive communicator across mediums, working in a remote role is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands
  • No task is too small mentality
  • Proactive calendar management skills with a keen eye for efficiency
  • Experience coordinating executive calendars using Google Calendar and working with internal and external stakeholders around the world
  • Strong problem solving skills and demonstrates sound judgment 
  • Confident in using technology such as Slack, Zoom, and Gsuite
  • Growth mindset and are a continuous learner - curious by nature
  • Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality
  • First-hand experience of SaaS and enterprise software start-ups 
  • Very organized with strong time management skills
