Executive Administrative & Wellbeing Assistant
As an Executive Administrative & Wellbeing Assistant, you will support senior Executives by autonomously managing complex tasks, strategic projects, executive calendars, high-stakes meetings, travel and event planning, financial insights, and operational improvements, while also organizing wellbeing activities and providing guidance to team assistants to achieve organizational goals.
Your role:
- You efficiently manage the schedules of senior Executives, including mail screening, task prioritization, and calendar management.
- You organize and execute meetings, events, conferences, webcasts, and special projects, including preparation for senior management meetings.
- You draft correspondence, office documents, meeting minutes, action item follow-ups, and PowerPoint presentations to support effective communication and decision-making.
- You ensure all activities and processes align with Executive objectives, fostering team cohesion and serving as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- You coordinate comprehensive travel plans, arrangements (including visas), and related expenses.
- You organize and deliver welfare and well-being activities in our Ra'anana site, collaborating with the People function and external vendors to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.

You're the right fit if:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline OR equivalent
- You hold a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position within a multinational corporate environment, serving as a Personal Assistant to C-level management or equivalent
- You have a strong work ethic, are proactive and a problem solver able to work independently with minimal guidance.
- You are willing to work flexible hours.
- You have excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
- You have a high level of proficiency in English and Hebrew.
- You are a professional-level user of PowerPoint and proficient with Excel.
- You are passionate about welfare, wellbeing and engagement topics.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This role is an office role.
This role is not open to a relocation.
