The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide primary support to the EVP Personal Wealth Product & Strategy and other leaders within Personal Wealth. Perform a broad range of administrative duties including calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reports, meeting preparation and other day-to-day activities. This role works independently on special assignments related to Empower’s business. Handles confidential business matters.

What you will do

  • Provide administrative support to an EVP level and other senior leaders (up to four)

  • Manage calendar scheduling

  • Arrange travel

  • Coordinate expense reporting

  • Prepare meeting materials

  • Ability to maintain confidential information

  • Ability to communicate and exhibit professionalism with executives

  • General administrative functions, including answering phone calls, coordinating vendors, gathering and production of presentations

What you will bring

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years in administrative role supporting Director level or above

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Forms, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook

  • Experience supporting VP and above desired

  • Experience with and curiosity about a variety of technology products

  • Curiosity to learn the financial services business

  • Work under basic supervision making decisions within general guidelines

  • Ability to adapt to ambiguity and manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Base Salary Range

$65,600.00 - $92,675.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
