About this opportunity:
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-impact, trusted administrative
support to a group of Senior Sales Vice Presidents within Ericsson. This role operates as a
strategic partner to senior leadership, enabling effectiveness through expert calendar and
travel management, executive communications support, and proactive coordination
across a fast-paced, global sales organization.
The role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to manage
competing priorities while supporting revenue-driven leaders with heavy travel and
customer engagement schedules.
What you will do:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars for multiple senior sales leaders,
including prioritization, conflict resolution, and proactive planning. - Ensure schedules are aligned with key business priorities by understanding of
company goals and utilizing prioritization techniques. - Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel, handling changes and
contingencies with minimal disruption. - Prepare, format, and review executive-level communications, presentations,
agendas, and briefing materials. - Support customer meetings, leadership forums, QBRs, and internal executive
sessions, including logistics and follow-up actions. - Assist with meeting coordination: prepare agendas, manage meeting logistics, take
comprehensive notes, and follow-up on action items to ensure efficient and
productive meetings. - Act as a trusted delegate and gatekeeper, exercising sound judgment on
scheduling, communications, and escalation. - Manage expenses, purchase orders, and administrative workflows in a timely
manner and in compliance with Ericsson policies. - Liaise confidently with internal stakeholders, partners, customers, and executive
offices. - Maintain strict confidentiality, ethics, information security, and Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) adherence.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase executive and
organizational efficiency.
The skills you bring:
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior or
executive-level leaders. - Demonstrated experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously. Skilled in
managing and prioritizing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a
focus on quality and urgency. The ability to manage time effectively across multiple
time zones is essential. - Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong
organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
effectively. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint) -
proficiency with CoPilot preferred. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience managing complex global travel, including the preparation of all
necessary documentation for international travel. - High aptitude for learning new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with the ability
to adapt to evolving technologies and workflows. - Attention to detail across all tasks, ensuring smooth execution in scheduling,
documentation, and travel arrangements. - Take ownership of tasks and projects with minimal supervision, anticipating needs
and creating solutions that support the goals of the Senior Sales Leadership team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Sales, Go-to-Market, or Customer-facing leadership
teams. - Background in technology, networking, telecom, or enterprise IT environments.

The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
