About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Executive Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our General Manager at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel. This role requires an individual with a strong ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, events, and projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be proactive in managing tasks, and display outstanding customer service and communication abilities. Confidentiality is critical to this role, and innovation, creativity, and independent thought will be highly valued. This position also involves working on impactful projects related to sustainability, charity, and supporting the General Manager in various follow-ups, ensuring an exclusive guest experience.
What You will do:
Coordination & Logistics Management:
Efficiently manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless communication between departments and stakeholders.
Support the General Manager with event planning and logistics, from initial concept to final execution.
Oversee scheduling, including coordinating meetings, travel, and logistics for the General Manager and other senior leadership members.
Help track key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance goals as set by the General Manager, providing regular reports and updates.
Guest Relations & Feedback:
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, ensuring concerns are addressed with discretion and urgency.
Maintain and enhance a guest-centric approach to communication, acting as the liaison between the General Manager and guests.
Handle special requests and VIP guest services, contributing to the luxury guest experience.
Project & Event Management:
Take charge of managing various independent projects, including charity initiatives, sustainability programs, and other high-priority initiatives.
Actively participate in the hotel's Green Committee, driving sustainability efforts and initiatives in alignment with the hotel’s environmental goals.
Confidentiality & Professionalism:
Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and private information related to the hotel, guests, and the leadership team.
Adhere to all hotel policies regarding privacy and discretion, ensuring the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.
Innovative Thinking & Creativity:
Bring new ideas and creative solutions to enhance operational efficiency, guest experience, and sustainability initiatives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering your opinion on improving processes and elevating the hotel’s reputation.
What You will bring:
Proven experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, or customer service environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex logistics and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently, showing initiative and taking ownership of projects.
Active interest or experience in sustainability practices and charitable work.
