As an Executive Administrative Assistant in the Emerging Markets and Asia Pacific Equities Team, you will support our investment professionals with essential administrative tasks. You will work closely with a team of Executive Assistants to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. This role offers you the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and high-energy setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage team members' diaries, acting as a gatekeeper and main contact for inquiries.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements in line with restrictive guidelines.
- Organize logistics for external visitors and company/broker meetings.
- Reconcile and process expenses and invoices efficiently.
- Flag issues and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle technology requests through in-house systems.
- Support EMAP visitors in London.
- Onboard new employees and liaise with facility staff.
- Provide coverage for other team members when needed.
- Stay updated with audit and compliance guidelines globally.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting high-profile stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive approach with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
- High levels of confidentiality and discretion.
- Resourceful team player with a proactive approach within the assistant community.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Concur.

- Experience in a financial services environment.
- Familiarity with global business operations.
- Knowledge of audit and compliance processes.
- Experience with onboarding processes.
