What You’ll Do

We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to support one of our global business leaders who can provide exemplary operational support to the Foundry Team with Samsung Semiconductor. 

You should be comfortable with technologies.

Location: Working onsite at our San Jose office, CA office 5 days a week

  • Extensive calendaring including organizing meetings, conference calls with management team, customers, etc. and employee meetings with the Business Leader
  • Make complex domestic and international travel arrangements for the Business Leader, which includes flight, hotel, ground/local transportation and meeting schedule
  • Manage internal communications on behalf of the Business Leader, which includes and not limited to, weekly staff meeting agenda and meeting minutes and any external customer meetings.
  • Prepare and submit domestic/international travel and daily/local expense reports using internal system
  • Provide support to other management team members within the organization to ensure unity and smooth operation
  • Support and coordinate Samsung events and VIP attendees. Handle any reservations (ex. Conference room, restaurant, etc.), catering order, room setup, etc.
  • Be a team player. Ability to work with other DSA or external admins to coordinate events and meetings.
  • Handle errands, incoming and outgoing mail, org chart, and any other miscellaneous/ad hoc duties
  • Support special projects and provide a service that is in line with the Business Leader’s work habits and preferences including support to the Business Leader and directors outside of the normal business hours to handle unexpected requests.
  • Ability to take data and create analysis based on Business Leader’s request and needs
  • Participate in preparing presentation for internal/external meetings and events – will require research and knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Professional discretionary skills, strong organizational skills, time management and ability to multi task
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, flexibility
  • Familiarity with Korean customs and practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances
  • Ability to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise
  • Handle confidential material in sensitive and professional manner

What You Bring

  • 5 –7 years of experience
  • Bi-lingual – Korean/English
  • Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Concur Expense Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Exemplary planning and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in Data Analytics (sales forecast, data research, other data analytics as needed)

Hourly Base Pay Rate

$38$51 USD
