Location: on site 5 days per week in Washington, D.C.
Overview: Agile Defense is looking for a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant (EA) to support multiple executives within a federal law enforcement agency's Criminal Division (CRM). The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation and communication for high-level executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with eight (8) or more years of general office assistant experience. Knowledge of and experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong oral and written communication skills. Experience operating standard office equipment, including telephones, copiers, scanners, facsimile machines, computers, printers, and shredders
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Former work as an executive assistant to government leadership or SES position.
Working Conditions
General office conditions to include note taking, answering emails and phone calls, scheduling, and attending meetings.
