As an Executive Administrative Assistant within Commercial and Investment Banking Strategy, you will need to work well in a team environment, be able to represent the manager/group with professional courtesy and acumen and deliver flawless work output. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive level internal clients across the lines of businesses. You will need to adapt procedures, processes, and techniques to complete assignments in line with the department's activities and goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings and aligning across multiple stakeholders; coordinate preparation and distribution of meeting materials
- Plan and execute conference events, including town halls, off-sites, team activities, and cross-functional initiatives
- Manage a high volume of emails by prioritizing requests and responding promptly and professionally
- Provide proactive support on overflow work, ad hoc requests, and special projects
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, triaging inquiries and escalating as appropriate while ensuring timely follow-up
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and itinerary management
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and on time, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines
- Partner closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent support
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- At least five years of administrative experience
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to leverage tools and systems to drive efficiency and streamline processes
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to remain calm and effective under pressure
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently, anticipate needs, and communicate potential issues proactively; must demonstrate sound judgment and urgency in handling high-volume scheduling demands
- Team-oriented, with a strong commitment to collaboration and continuity of coverage
- Demonstrates a willingness to go above and beyond
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience supporting at the Managing Director level (or equivalent) or above
- College degree is a plus
