FocusKPI is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant (Korean bilingual) to join one of our clients, a high-tech SaaS company.
Work Location: Mountain View, CA (Onsite role, 5 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6-month contract with potential to extend the contract depending on your performance & budget
Pay Range: $30 - 37/hr
Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative support to executives: manage complex scheduling and other executive affairs, including agendas, email, calls, travel arrangements, and other company logistics.
  • Assist with meeting and workshop scheduling and with meeting materials preparation, such as confirmations, welcome packets, final document mailings, name badges, and signage.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to the team: Supervise general office duties, including ordering supplies, managing office facilities, and shipping/receiving orders on behalf of the team.
  • Assist in office event planning and coordination.
  • Assist with new-hire/dispatcher onboarding preparation: ordering a phone, laptop, business card, nameplate, desk assignment, etc.
  • Respond to miscellaneous requests from the teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in high-tech companies, media companies, or information centers preferred but not required.
  • Education: BA degree
  • Fluency in English and Korean is required.
  • Computer/IT/Microsoft Office fluency required.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include the ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% and 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond the normal schedule and periodic travel.
