In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Coronary Renal Denervation General Manager/VP Marketing. This position is focused on coordinating the projects and work flow through a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Daily activities include ongoing interaction with all levels of employees, as well as with customers, vendors, visitors and candidates.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Provides general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules.

  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

  • Administers inter-department or inter-unit programs or processes.

  • May be responsible for coordinating travel and submitting expenses.

  • Assist with accounts payable Uploads as needed.

  • Create Purchase Orders as needed.

  • Prepare Power Point presentations as needed.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Share Point.

Required Knowledge and Experience

Requires advanced practical knowledge within a specific discipline typically gained through extensive work experience and/or education:

  • Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.

Nice to Have

Preference will be given to applicants who possess the following skills, experiences, and certifications.

  • Experience with meetings, calendar and travel organizations

  • Expense report creation

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office and Outlook).

  • Experience with Concur Ariba is preferred

  • Experience with preparing power point presentations

  • Experience with Microsoft Share point

  • Excellent Communications and Organizational skills

  • Problem Solving mind set with high attention to detail

  • Proven record to manage multiple tasks and react adequately to changing priorities and last-minute changes in a busy environment

  • Self-motivated and the ability to work on your own initiative

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$72,400.00 - $108,600.00

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).

The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to those regular employees who work 20+ hours per week: Health, Dental and vision insurance, Health Savings Account, Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Life insurance, Long-term disability leave, Dependent daycare spending account, Tuition assistance/reimbursement, and Simple Steps (global well-being program).

 

The following benefits and additional compensation are available to all regular employees: Incentive plans, 401(k) plan plus employer contribution and match, Short-term disability, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Non-qualified Retirement Plan Supplement (subject to IRS earning minimums), and Capital Accumulation Plan (available to Vice Presidents and above, or subject to IRS earning minimums).

 

Regular employees are those who are not temporary, such as interns.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid sick time, as required under applicable state law, and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Please note some of the above benefits may not apply to workers in Puerto Rico.
