Job Description

The Executive Account Assistant plays a key role in supporting account management activities, coordinating communications, maintaining client records, and assisting with day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist account executives with daily client management activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and account documentation.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and business materials.
  • Monitor account activities and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Handle administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
