Trade Execution & Portfolio Support:
Execute and manage day-to-day equity trades across global markets under the direction of the Principal.
Track real-time P&L, exposures, and performance across active positions.
Maintain accurate records of trades, execution notes, and rationale.
Market Monitoring & Research:
Follow key market developments, earnings releases, and sector trends relevant to current and potential positions.
Principal Interaction & Growth Path:
Work closely with the Principal to understand the firm’s trading style, risk framework, and market philosophy.
Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and precision in execution to build trust and responsibility over time.
No prior trading experience required — strong work ethic, curiosity, and diligence are essential.
High attention to detail and ability to operate calmly in a fast-moving environment.
Strong quantitative and analytical mindset; comfort with spreadsheets and data tools.
Excellent English communication.
Pragmatic, disciplined, and operationally precise.
Highly reliable and consistent in daily execution.
Keen interest in markets and willingness to learn directly from an experienced PM.
Ambitious to grow into a larger trading or portfolio role over time.
