What you'll do:
The Execution Support Lead, Sport Chek is accountable for the end-to-end procurement of all fixtures and equipment for Sport Chek store projects and network-wide fixture rollouts. This role ensures fixtures are accurately specified, ordered on time, and delivered within approved budgets to support new stores, renovations, relocations, and system-wide initiatives.
The role is responsible for establishing and continuously improving procurement processes that drive order accuracy, financial control, schedule adherence, and strong cross-functional execution across Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, and external vendors:
- Own the ordering of all Sport Chek fixtures and equipment for capital store projects, including new builds, renovations, expansions, and relocations
- Lead procurement for network-wide fixture rollouts and refresh programs, ensuring consistency and scalability across the Sport Chek fleet
- Translate approved fixture plans, prototype standards, and scope documents into accurate purchase orders
- Design, implement, and maintain standardized procurement processes that ensure fixture accuracy, order completeness, and on-time placement
- Develop tools, documentation, and workflows that reduce rework, errors, and late-stage changes
- Ensure all orders are placed within approved financial targets and aligned to project assumptions
- Act as the single point of accountability for fixture procurement across Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, while working with Fixture Coordinators on Vendor communication
- Collaborate with Design and Fixture Procurement Team confirm fixture specifications and standards
- Work closely with Construction and Project Managers to align ordering timelines to site schedules
- Support Operations and Merchandising teams during rollouts and store openings to ensure readiness and issue resolution

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000– $88,000.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-MM3
