Working as Execution Support for the Affluent Branch Segment you will sit at the center of strategies that bring our strategic vision for the branch network to life.
As a Project Manager II this role needs a natural strategist and results-driven leader, you thrive in unstructured complexity, solving problems with a focus on measurable outcomes, and promoting transformative impact. Your ability to executive strategies effectively while driving impactful results sets you apart. You will report to the Head of Affluent Branch Segment and play a pivotal role in implementing strategies across the retail bank that actualize our strategic vision for the branch network, as well as measuring their success across the retail bank. Your contributions will play a key role in ensuring execution excellence, and further harmonizing the physical environment and sales distribution effort for a distinct branch segment.
Job responsibilities:

  • Supports end-to-end delivery of pilots that emerge from strategy development
  • Synthesizes insights from multiple sources (internal data sets, ethnographic research, customer segment strategies) to articulate the objectives and key results for the segment
  • Supports stakeholder management efforts across key functions (Marketing, Real Estate, Analytics, Sales strategy, etc.)
  • Leads reporting on portfolio of segment specific pilots that align to the strategic direction of the business


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Project management : Ability to clearly define projects (e.g., determine success metrics and key milestones) and establish required governance to move projects forward across a wide-ranging, diverse set of stakeholders
  • Communications : Must be able to explain complex analytics using MS Excel and/or PowerPoint concisely and comprehensively. The candidate must possess strong written and oral executive-level communications skills, including being nimble enough to adapt messages and style based on different audiences and agendas
  • Client management & teamwork : Demonstrated track record of being flexible and working with stakeholders and colleagues at all experience levels
  • Entrepreneurial spirit : Self-starter that seeks to break the status quo, initiate change, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strategic Execution: G reat at balancing strategic and creative thinking while driving tangible execution
