Job Purpose
The Execution Planner translates the supply plan into a detailed, realistic production schedule that the factory can execute. They ensure the right materials, capacity, labor, and production sequence are in place to deliver customer demand while minimizing waste and inventory.
Key Responsibilities
- Production & Schedule Management
- Convert supply plans into finite weekly and daily production schedules.
- Adjust schedules based on factory constraints, material availability, maintenance, labor, and business priorities.
- Manage production changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
- Material & Inventory Planning.
- Ensure raw and packaging materials are available for production.
- Manage NFG (Non-Finished Goods) inventory levels.
- Partner with Material Planners, suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to prevent shortages and excess inventory.
- Drive decisions when competing priorities affect service, inventory, or production.
- Drive Performance & Continuous Improvement.
- Monitor Output Reliability (OR), service levels, inventory, and waste.
- Analyze production results and adjust future plans accordingly.
- Improve planning processes, system utilization, and automation.
- Leverage data to solve problems, model scenarios, and support business decisions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between: Factory Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, & Suppliers
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supply chain experience within production planning or scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in supply chain, logistics, or STEM related field.
- Documented experience working with SAP and MRP tools.
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and report on trends and bottlenecks.
- Proven stakeholder management experience in areas including decision making under uncertainty, Cross-functional communication, Problem solving and trade-off management.
Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $133,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
