JOB PURPOSE:
Are you looking for a career opportunity within a dynamic and constantly growing multinational environment? Do you have a passion for Planning and would like to develop in a Factory environment? Then this role is tailored for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepares the factory production plan for the Planning Time Fence period (6 weeks)
• Aligns the production plan with production capacity and phases production to ensure the availability of the finished product on time
• Ensures permanent communication with various external teams, with various contacts at group level and with other factory departments
• Monitors and controls the finished product stock level in accordance with the agreed stock level
• Prevents any stock shortage situation and informs the relevant teams so that the necessary adjustments can be made in the plan during the PTF interval (6 weeks)
• Maintains / creates information regarding the SKUs produced in the factory (master data, factory-specific information, production lines, delisted codes)
• Sends the finished product volumes information to the raw materials planner
• Is responsible for planning the introduction of innovation projects
• Ensures the planning of ice cream production tests
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
SKILLS: fluent in English and Romanian; good digital skills; knowledge in SAP system represents an advantage; adaptable, organized, detail oriented, with good communication skills and an analytical thinker
EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Undergraduate studies and working experience of minimum 2 years.
LEADERSHIP: Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
