Job DescriptionAnalyze, prepare and accompany the processes of import and export. Provide data to solve existing operations problems. Contribute to the practices of minimizing costs, term of receipt and delivery, and quality of products. Provide the necessary legal documentation for the acquisition of goods and equipment and for the delivery of products and services in the international market. Keep personal contacts with suppliers by phone or mail. Keep in touch with brokers, agents and Ship-owners to track purposes and release of imports and exports. Accompany the custom legislation to keep up to date the procedures involved in import and export. Prepare the Conference and prepare documents for accounting and Exchange Broker.
