The role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Collections Center of Excellence (CCoE) team that is building for the future. This role is responsible for driving project progress, coordinating tasks, change management preparation, and maintaining clear documentation. The Execution and Project Coordination Specialist is a critical role that ensures seamless project execution and effective communication across all project stakeholders. The Execution and Project Coordination Specialist will bring a demonstrated ability to organize and execute on numerous work efforts to ensure seamless change management execution for the Collections Service Delivery team.
What you'll do:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for administrative activities for the entire Collections Service Delivery team including: Issue Management, Audits, Tests, and Reviews, work effort & project coordination, procedure development, communication, operational change management, report development with analytics team, and monitoring of reporting and trends.
  • Partner with Project Management Office on major projects to ensure seamless execution and integration
  • Develop and maintain work effort plans, schedules, and timelines, ensuring efforts stay on track.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential project roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.


What you'll need:

  • Minimum 5+ years of practical experience in financial services or related industry; preferably in a Risk Management, Strategic Execution, Project Management, or Operations capacity, with exposure to policy, procedures, and operations
  • Knowledge of consumer lending regulatory framework, specifically regulatory guidance and current trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency in a high pressure environment.
  • Strong relationship management and partnership skills.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with SoFi members.
  • Ability to react to change quickly and implement new processes & procedures with proper change management protocols.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate well with teammates and business partners and influence business decisions
  • High motivation to drive change, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively in a complex and highly fluid environment

The base pay range for this role is listed below. Final base pay offer will be determined based on individual factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and location.
