Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales operations tasks such as product inquiries (product quotation request and part number creation, etc) and ordering process (product order verification and submission, etc).
- Support the sales team on areas and issues related to respective processes (prices/orders/contracts).
- Maintain database with up-to-date information on all product prices/orders/contracts, etc.
- Manage contract renewal process (with customer) and follow up with sales team for progress updates regularly.
- Deal with suppliers to manage new orders/renewals/termination arrangements for products, etc.
- Support product marketing to deal with suppliers on new/existing product updates and ensure suppliers are compliance with the contractual rules/SLA as per the agreement signed.
- Manage the process of recurring service/maintenance payments to suppliers.
- Support product marketing in developing internal processes to succeed the product GTM.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders such as Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Sales, Legal, Customer Service to ensure smooth ordering, service support process management and improvement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
