Job Description
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported to resolve;
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction, identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;
- Providing support level II support for all Office 365 products by: researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, identifying solutions, carrying out configurations, performing upgrades, carrying out migrations;
- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Resolve Office 365 support tickets and requests using ServiceNow ticketing system;
- Create/maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience in a technical support troubleshooting role;
- Experience with administration of Office 365 tenants;
- Experience with configuring and maintainig 0ffice 365 products (one drive, skype for business, teams, ...);
- Experience with AD, DHCP, DNS;
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with good communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Fluent in English.
