Summary
This position will be responsible for managing clients’ expectations, specifically for NTC’s exception curative service (also known as “side letter”). To ensure that orders are flowing in and through the production areas in a manner that meets or exceeds the various SLAs of client contracts, primarily NTC’s largest exception curative client.
Essential Functions
Manage and coordinate orders for assigned exception curative accounts including ensuring the receipt and ingestion of client orders as well as the delivery of the product sold to the client within the agreed upon timeframe.
Prepare reports for weekly coordination calls with the client, their buyers, and other vendors regarding the curing of exceptions (referred to as “side-letter” by the client). As additional clients are sold this service, the Exception Tracking Specialist will work with the new clients as established.
Coordinate across Production Divisions to ensure client’s orders are moving and that there are no issues prohibiting the flow of orders through the Production Divisions.
Provide the Executives of Client Services with prediction and/or forecasts of orders within or outside of production or any production stops or slows.
Ensure that there are no backlogs in their area.
Ability to work overtime and weekends if needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Extensive knowledge of the production lines of all production divisions.
Intermediate to advanced experience with Discoverer Reporting.

Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
1+ years of relevant industry experience required.
Thorough knowledge of NTCs Trade Exceptions and/or Side-letter services
Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $16.14/hr to 20.18/hr

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
Physical Demands and Activities
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to communicate. The employee frequently is required to remain stationary. The employee is rarely required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; rarely position self to maintain files; rarely moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
NTC Non-Exempt Operations Position
The amount of work that needs to be accomplished to service the needs of NTC clients is subject to fluctuations. Due to these fluctuations, NTC may require its employees to move from an area where work is slower to an area where their services are more needed by NTC.
The willingness of personnel to assist in or move to other areas within NTC, when needed, is an important factor for the company to meet the needs of our clients.
