This role is employed by Horse Powertrain Solutions and is based in Madrid, with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will be doing
Act as the technical lead for EDIS, MRP, and PPDS within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from manufacturing plants
Translate business needs into scalable SAP planning and scheduling solutions
Validate and oversee solutions delivered by system integrators
Ensure proper system configuration, enhancements, and alignment with global standards
Lead the resolution of complex functional and technical incidents
Coordinate cross-functionally with IT, Data, and Supply Chain teams
Support testing, go-live activities, and hypercare phases
What we’re looking for
A proven track record in SAP S/4HANA planning implementations; expertise in MRP and PPDS solutions
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field
Excellent skills in SAP configuration and solution design; stakeholder communication
Strong competencies in problem-solving and requirements analysis, with a collaborative approach
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be valued
