What you'll do:
- Own and drive regional commercial excellence for the Americas Commercial business by defining scalable planning methods, best-practice frameworks, testing pipelines, and implementation playbooks that enable adoption and measurable performance impact across the region.
- Establish the regional planning, KPI, and reporting standard for commercial teams, giving every market a common language and giving leadership a like-for-like view across the region to steer from.
- Partner with country teams to strengthen forward-looking forecasting, budget planning, and market performance visibility, aligning on trends, risks, opportunities, and P&L implications together with Controlling.
- Identify, structure, and lead high-impact cross-country initiatives that create regional advantage, embed best practices, and establish clear decision-making models across the Americas.
- Own the analysis behind the region's significant commercial decisions, building business cases to a standard and traceable to source.
- Build the operating infrastructure the region keeps: documentation, testing repository, and prioritization process, so critical processes no longer depend on any single person. Act as the commercial point of contact for Finance and BI.
What you'll bring to us
- Strategic & Structured Thinker: You connect commercial mechanics, financial KPIs, and market constraints into coherent regional planning and execution.
- Experienced Operator: You have 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, commercial finance, or consulting, ideally within e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
- Data-Led & Commercially Sharp: You use data to make decisions, quantify impact, and challenge assumptions in commercial or financial planning, and you move from raw data to a clear, defensible recommendation.
- Builder: You have set up planning, reporting, or analytical methods that other people then ran. You are not looking to maintain someone else's system.
- Ownership Mentality: You act with autonomy, define the "how," and drive initiatives forward independently, without waiting for perfect conditions.
