These positions will have potential for full time year round employment that will be based on experience and availability.

What You'll Do
  • Safely and efficiently operate Excavator as it applies to loading trucks, cut to fill, trenching, ditching, sloping, etc.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and complete pre-trip and post-trip documentation.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and identify mechanical concerns.
  • Read grades, stakes, plans, and site instructions.
  • Work closely with Foremen, Gradepersons, Labourers, and Project Teams.
  • Maintain production while ensuring quality workmanship.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience operating Excavator.
  • Experience operating multiple types of machinery is considered an asset.
  • Ability to interpret survey stakes accurately.
  • Physically able to meet job demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Capable of adapting to varying job site conditions and challenges.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
  • CSTS and Ground Disturbance certification are a condition of employment.
