AIM is currently looking for a person to fill the Loader Operator role for its Port of Quebec site, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Under the authority of the site director, the person in this position is responsible for loading and unloading trucks and ships.
What you’re responsible for:
- Operating the excavator and loader;
- Load and unload trucks and ships;
- Assess the quality of materials;
- Perform daily inspections;
- Sort ans stack materials;
- Maintain a clean and safe yard at all times.
To join our team:
- You have a DEP in heavy equipment operations (an asset);
- You have a minimum of one year of experience;
- You are punctual, polite and patient;
- You are conscientious about equipment;
- You have strong concentration skills;
- You are safety-oriented.
