This isn’t just a job — it’s a path.
You’ll work alongside experienced operators, learn the ropes, and grow your skills in trenching, hauling, demo, and underground utility work.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with digging, raking, shoveling, and site cleanup
- Load/unload equipment and tools
- Haul trailers and drive dump trucks (Class B CDL preferred, but not required to start)
- Learn from the best in the business
- Be dependable, on time, and ready to work hard

- CDL or desire to earn one a big plus
