Exam Proctor

Job Description:

The Exam Proctor position will be supervised by the Senior Coordinator for Academic Advising, Scheduling and Registrar Services.

This position involves working as a proctor for student examinations. The role includes the following tasks: 

• Supervising students during exams to ensure academic integrity.

• Distributing and collecting exam materials.

• Assisting with time management during the exam.

• Reporting any irregularities or issues that occur during the exam.

• Assisting in other exam delivery logistics, as needed.

Contract dates: May 4-8, 2026
