What You’ll Do- Process incoming and outgoing invoices, bank statements, expense reports, and other routine accounting documents in compliance with Bulgarian requirements
- Assist with month-end closing, account reconciliations, balance-sheet verification, and preparation of supporting schedules
- Support VAT reporting, local tax documentation, statutory reporting, and audit requests under Bulgarian legislation
- Gradually learn and support selected accounting processes for the Polish entity, working under the guidance of the finance team and local advisors
- Maintain accurate accounting data and support testing, data validation, and operational tasks related to ERP processes, including Workday where applicable
- Work with international Finance, HR, Payroll, IT, auditors, and external advisors to resolve operational queries
- Hands-on operational accounting experience with proven skills such as accuracy, ownership, willingness to learn, clear communication, and the ability to manage priorities in an international environment
- Good working knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards, local tax rules, VAT, and statutory reporting requirements
- Ability and willingness to work with more than one legal entity and to learn Polish accounting processes in the future
- Experience with modern ERP systems is preferred. Workday experience or familiarity is a strong advantage but is not mandatory
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Prior exposure to multi-entity accounting is an advantage
- Experience in an international company, shared-service environment, IT, technology, or professional services is preferred

Skills Required
- End-to-end accounting responsibility for a Polish entity
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish GAAP and statutory reporting (VAT, CIT, JPK)
- Experience with enova365 and exposure to enterprise ERP systems
- Workday implementation experience or proven SME involvement
- Master's degree in Finance/Accounting and/or relevant qualifications (e.g., Polish Certified Accountant)
- Fluent English and native or fluent Polish
