We’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team in Poland. You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting projects, especially on Polish market (Polish-speaking), as well as across Europe.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the planning and delivery of client projects, whether they’re standalone or part of bigger programs,
- Defining, tracking, and reporting on project goals, risks, and timelines for both internal teams and clients,
- Collaborating closely with colleagues to meet and exceed client expectations,
- Managing multiple projects in parallel, keeping an eye on quality and deadlines,
- Spotting potential risks early and finding solutions to keep projects on track,
- Helping improve project processes for better efficiency and risk management,
- Clearly communicating project needs, deadlines, and technical details along with best practice relevant for each client,
- Monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure success,
- Managing project budgets responsibly and ensuring financial accountability,
- Making sure all work follows company policies and industry standards.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in HR or consulting,
- A relevant university degree (Business, Economics, Psychology, Engineering, or similar) or equivalent experience,
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
- Fluent Polish speaker with fluent English (Polish will be your main working language). Additional European language skill are a bonus.
