Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Warehouse KeyUser
-First contact for process + IT system related questions for operative people
-Capable to analyze and correct handling failures of operators system-wise
-Has special key user role in IT systems for enhanced user support
-Identify and creates support tickets for technical incidents (BD hotline), tracks progress and informs users about solution
Information sharing
-Provides expertise to ensures daily operations regarding process and WMS handling
-Ensures adequate knowledge level of warehouse employees
-Informs users about new available functions in the IT systems
-Informs the user about current issues or bugs in the IT systems
Participation in IT system improvements
-Propose system improvements (e.g. to improve usability, new reports, …)
-Supports in testing of new software releases
-Provides feedback in regards to adequate implementation of new requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate would be an integral part of Warehousing operations Team and would be directly responsible for all SAP EWM rollout projects across warehouses in India Some of the specific task expectations are as given below: -
Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Work Experience:
Must have experience on SAP Rollout projects, especially on EWM Processes flow
Good exposure on all standard EWM Process like Inbound, Outbound, Internal and Physical Inventory
Ability to understand and map in system even the complex warehouse processes
Must have good exposure on S/4 HANA and the EWM related Fiori apps
Must have good exposure on Handling Units
Must have good exposure on POSC, LOSC, WOCR and PPF
Must have good exposure on integration with QM and PP process like putaway externally procured material in warehouse with quality and Picking material from Production Supply Area (PSA)
Must have good Knowledge on EWM related Master data
Must have good Knowledge on Kanban cycle with one step and two step process
Must have good Knowledge on Milk run Process
Must have good knowledge on Replenishment Process
Must have good knowledge on repacking process like single and multi level Handling unit
Ability to understand the business requirement and map these into SAP EWM processes and Identify gaps and solution to these gaps.
Ability to work independently and deliver the task in desired time frame
Good to have ABAP technical knowledge
Ability to design FS, End User Training Document
Must have good exposure on RF scanner interfaceand other interfaces like QRFC and IDCOS
Educational qualification:
Gradutate in Engineering
Experience :
Experience in Warehousing Operations and SAP EWM
S/4 HANA Implementation Experience (nice to have)
Mandatory/requires Skills :
SAP WMS Knowledge
SAP EWM Knowledge
Preferred Skills :
Good business process knowledge and consulting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Working style: customer-oriented, target-oriented, challenging status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic vision
Industry Knowledge and Experience
At-least 2 years in auto/manufacturing industry experience – in Warehousing or Production related function
Certifications
SAP EWM Certification
Note
Work location will be at Bosch Nelamangala Distribution Center
Candidate is expected to be ready for travel to project locations on short notice (Approx 50% of time)
