Job Description:
The Environmental Services Department plays a vital role in ensuring that the hospital remains clean and safe for patients, staff, and visitors. As a member of this team, the main duties will be to clean and sanitize all areas of the hospital including patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, and meeting rooms.
EVS and Linen Team Lead
Full-Time, Second Shift
Job Description:
- The Environmental Service Team Lead is an extension of the EVS Leadership Team and has the ability to direct the workflow to maintain the operation and avoid gaps in service resulting in recovery.
- The EVS Team Lead represents the department while interacting with patients and visitors at the facility.
- The EVS Team Lead will be proficient in all aspects of the department and conducts quality assessments with hands-on training.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of Environmental Services, 1 year of restorative floor care or 1 year of sterile field experience
Preferred Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service, 1-2 years in supervisory role, and/or 1-2 years of hospitality experience.
