Key responsibilities:
Is accountable for outputs of the Planning Directors, Managers and Executives. Ensures they are delivering the business' planning philosophy across the entire client base
Ensures solutions are designed to drive business value and help leverage the business to build robust measurement solutions
Helps to re-frame media as an investment not a cost and develop opportunities to that drive real profitability
Is accountable for the management and continued learning of the team in all aspects of planning and communications strategy
Works closely with the relevant team to ensure our data interrogation, real time planning products and analytics are developing insights that can be translated to business value for our clients
Works with the relevant teams to bring appropriate skills and products onto the appropriate clients at the appropriate time to drive great work, team development and income generation
