Position Overview
The U.S Creator Market Lead is responsible for leading the growth, commercial success and operational excellence of the Creator business within the U.S market.
Reporting to the Head of Creator, North America, this role is accountable for executing the North American Creator vision at the market level—driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, leading market teams and ensuring operational excellence.
As the senior Creator leader within the market, the Market Lead partners with SVP leaders, practice leadership and cross-functional teams to accelerate Creator adoption, unlock commercial opportunities and deliver innovative, integrated Creator solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Serving as the critical link between North American strategy and market execution, this role brings the regional vision to life while providing market intelligence, client insights and emerging trends that help shape the continued evolution of the North American Creator practice.

Strategic Market Leadership
Execute the North American Creator vision and strategy within the US market, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and business objectives.
Develop and deliver annual market plans that drive commercial growth, client impact and operational excellence.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
