Roles and Responsibilities
- Work as a team with EVM Scheduling counterpart providing guidance as to monthly schedule, EVM Processes for Control Account Managers (CAMs) on program.
- Clarity Maintenance (Charge code Creation/Closure)
- Responsible for integration of Open Plan (schedule) to the cost Cobra system
- Will oversee providing ad -hoc reports as needed to support program.
- Responsible for the Baseline Change Requests (BCRs)
- Review and Approve/Reject BCRs from Finance Perspective
- Will assist in EVM Reporting to internal and external customer. Includes Monthly/Yearly reports listed on contract such as the Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR)(monthly).
- Assist CAMs with forecasting – Support program Forecast Activities for Clarity and for EAC development.
- Will approve Work Authorization sent thru system by CAMs.
- Advise CAMs with applicable EVM related decisions and program actions such as replans, rate changes, variances, forecasting and other EVM type topics.
- Assist with the Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) for the program by working with EVM Cost lead. Will assist in pulling reports together as needed for event.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or other related field and 2 yrs. Experience
- This role is restricted to U.S. person (s) (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))
Desired Characteristics
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Strong Excel skills preferred. Experience with EVM.
