As SVP of Engineering, you will lead the global technology function for EverWell; owning the technology strategy, engineering execution, and platform evolution across Timely and SalonBiz. This is a critical executive leadership role for a proven technology leader who has successfully scaled and operated SaaS platforms, led high-performing engineering organisations, and used technology as a lever for commercial growth and operational maturity.

You’ll bring an executive mindset with deep experience owning technology end-to-end; balancing innovation, scalability, customer experience, delivery, security, and commercial outcomes. Working closely with Product and the wider executive team, you’ll help shape the future of EverWell’s products, platforms, and engineering culture.

What you’ll focus on

  • Defining and executing EverWell’s long-term technology and platform strategy across Timely and SalonBiz.

  • Leading global engineering and platform teams across multiple products and distributed environments.

  • Driving platform scalability, reliability, security, and modernisation, including cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and SDLC maturity.

  • Owning engineering operational performance, delivery excellence, technology investment, and vendor strategy.

  • Partnering closely with Product to align technology direction with customer needs and business priorities.

  • Building a high-performing engineering culture focused on accountability, innovation, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.

  • Acting as the executive voice of technology across EverWell and EverCommerce, influencing strategic direction and organisational growth.

  • Ensuring strong governance, risk management, security, and compliance practices across the platform ecosystem.

What you’ll bring

  • Significant senior technology leadership experience within SaaS, ideally across multiple products, business units, or platforms.

  • Proven success leading and scaling engineering organisations in high-growth technology environments.

  • Experience owning technology strategy at an executive level, with strong commercial and operational acumen.

  • Deep understanding of modern SaaS architecture, platform strategy, cloud technologies, DevOps, and engineering best practices.

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and delivery outcomes.

  • Track record of building inclusive, empowered, and high-performing engineering cultures.

  • Strong executive stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences.

  • A customer-first mindset, strong decision-making capability, and a passion for building world-class technology organisations.
