  • Drive seamless cross-product experiences by identifying opportunities that benefit multiple user groups.

  • Lead UX activities across the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Research teams.

  • Conduct and apply UX research, define success metrics, and use data to measure design impact.

  • Foster strong collaboration through clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and sharing insights and work in progress.

  • Experience designing complex, cross-product experiences across responsive web and iOS platforms.

  • Demonstrated success improving design practices, increasing team maturity, and mentoring designers.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across all levels of the business.

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering pragmatic, iterative solutions in fast-paced agile environments.

  • Growth mindset with a collaborative and humble approach.

Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in underrepresented groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single bullet point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.
