We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 6 years of experience to join the Improveit360 team. This role focuses on enhancing and maintaining Improveit360 Managed Packages across Classic and Lightning Experiences. You will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with external systems, resolving production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. Success in this position requires strong development expertise, deep platform knowledge, and working effectively in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance Apex code, triggers, and Visualforce pages.

Create and maintain technical architecture and knowledge base documentation.

Develop and maintain expertise in various software development tooling including VS Code, Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure App Insights

Develop Lightning Components that work on mobile and desktop and are familiar with configuring Salesforce Mobile application.

Execute Salesforce package releases, both push upgrades and manual package updates, automating steps where possible

Troubleshoot complex issues and develop custom solutions with the Product Care team.

Partner with the Product Manager to triage incoming requests from operations.
Required Experience:

6 years of experience in software development including 4 years of Salesforce Platform development experience.

Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Salesforce Lightning framework with a good understanding of Lightning Pages, Lightning Apps, Lightning App Builder, and Experience Builder
Highly desired background:

Salesforce Classic development: custom objects and fields, Apex and Visualforce code, flows, managed packages, security review

Salesforce Mobile Application development

Experience in Agile & Scrum development methodologies
