We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to focus on our Customer Lobby and pulseM brands. 

PulseM has built the #1 reputation management platform for the home services industry. As a member of the Customer Lobby and pulseM sales team, you will act as a trusted advisor, empowering our prospective clients to discover products that will transform their CX strategy from the ground up. You will advocate for the innovative power of our platform to make organizations more customer-centric, efficient, and profitable. You will have the opportunity to delight customers by doing what’s right for their business and providing them with proven, worldclass practices for innovation.

The ideal candidate for this role has a relentless drive to help brands propel their business forward and a background of thriving in a competitive sales environment. Preferably, a portion of your professional development has come from selling a SaaS product for 1-3 years. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, initiate, and nurture relationships with qualified prospects over the phone and via email 

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery call through close

  • Build and maintain a sizeable pipeline of mid-market and enterprise prospects

  • Perform compelling product demos and sales presentations with Director, VP, and C-Level contacts

  • Light travel to trade shows and events might be required

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven record of quota attainment, preferably enterprise

  • High degree of confidence throughout the sales cycle

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy, and a “can do” attitude

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing environment

  • Have the discipline and motivation to work independently

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry is a plus

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and Salesloft is a plus

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:

The on-target earnings compensation (base + commissions) for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
