About the Job
At EverHealth, our product teams are empowered to solve hard problems — both customer problems and business problems — in ways customers love and that work for the business. As our Principal Product Designer, you’ll serve as the highest-level IC designer, responsible for ensuring solutions are usable and elegant, while mentoring other designers to raise the bar across teams. You’ll drive design for one or two core product areas and partner directly with PMs and engineers to discover and deliver solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design for assigned product areas from discovery through delivery.
- Mentor and coach other designers to elevate craft and consistency.
- Simplify complex provider workflows, especially in EHR contexts.
- Partner with PMs and engineers to co-create solutions, not hand off wireframes.
- Shape and evolve the design system for scalability across EverHealth.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in product design, including mentorship experience.
- Proven track record designing for EHRs or complex enterprise software.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
- Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams.
- Passion for solving meaningful problems for clinicians and patients.
Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $130,000 - $145,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
