About the Job
Product Ops at EverHealth exists to empower product teams by giving them the data, tools, and context they need to deliver outcomes. The Director of Product Ops will turn the lights on across the portfolio — prioritizing where instrumentation will have the fastest impact, ensuring consistent metrics, and raising the product IQ of the org. This role leads by context, not control, and serves as a force multiplier across teams.
What You’ll Do
- Own instrumentation across the portfolio (Heap, Chameleon) and deliver quick wins first.
- Define and maintain consistent metrics, dashboards, and insights for product teams.
- Make insights self-serve; improve data literacy across PM, design, and engineering.
- Partner with product leaders to support quarterly planning and evidence-based reviews.
- Enable better discovery and learning by providing tools and best practices.
What You Won’t Do
- Act as a PMO with command-and-control.
- Serve as a “second PM” embedded in teams.
- Replace product leaders’ responsibility for strategy or coaching.
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years in product, analytics, or product enablement roles.
- Proven success implementing product analytics at scale.
- Strong communicator who influences without authority.
- Systems thinker who balances quick wins with long-term scale.
- Deep belief in empowered product teams and enabling them to succeed.
Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $170,000 - $185,000 USD plus variable compensation per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
