We are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to focus on our EverHealth division. EverHealth consists of SaaS products; DrChrono, EMHware, Good Therapy, AllMeds, iSalus, CollaborateMD, Updox, Therapy Partner and MDTech. EverHealth provides modern end-to-end solutions for healthcare providers. Our open, connected ecosystem of solutions and services helps providers engage patients, increase revenue, improve business efficiency, and remain market competitive. You are an experienced Business Operator who has a background in healthcare. You are passionate about solving complex problems by building and implementing business processes and platforms. You have a knack for developing and monitoring key performance indicators within a B2B SaaS operation that produce actionable insights for functional owners. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion. You are experienced and ambitious and love to take ownership and drive results. You bring leadership, passion, and aptitude. Combined with creativity, a strategic mind, and a proven track record of identifying and implementing workflows, policies, procedures, and strategies to help improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional healthcare teams (PMO, Marketing, Sales, Onboarding & Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success, Product, Data Analytics, etc.) to assess operational inefficiencies and opportunities, driving initiatives that optimize healthcare delivery and support.
  • Assist with the development of internal and external reporting and dashboarding capabilities to help refine data quality.
  • Support EverCommerce / EverHealth Operational Framework, including managing scheduling, presentations, and reporting cadences.
  • Define requirements, develop roadmaps, and oversee planning and execution of multiple initiatives of varying size and complexity, from design to delivery.
  • Communicate healthcare operational insights and results to leadership and stakeholders using clear, data-driven visual presentations to drive strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Analyze business needs, document business case / requirements, and translate needs into functional, non-functional, and/or technical specifications to establish vision and build consensus around priorities to facilitate execution.
  • Establish, define, track, and analyze KPIs across project initiatives to provide visibility and insight into organizational performance and execution.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on opportunities and challenges to drive development plans that align with and exceed company objectives.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of the healthcare industry to inform decision making, identify cost-saving opportunities, and enhance service delivery and revenue generation.
  • Act as a trusted operational partner to internal healthcare teams, providing support and resources to ensure their success in delivering high-quality care and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, healthcare management or related field is required. Advanced degrees in healthcare-related fields are a plus
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in healthcare strategy, operations, or a similar role within a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data, identify gaps or opportunities, prepare business reports, projections, and present solutions or recommendations.
  • Proven experience managing and leading multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, with strong ability to drive decision-making and coordinated action.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of employees, ranging from senior executives to other functional employees.
  • Intellectually robust and agile with the ability to make quick decisions, when required.
  • Able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Self-confidence matched with a willingness to collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to advise and influence senior business leaders across organizational lines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in, when necessary.
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office; Experience in CRM and Project Management tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, etc.
  • PMP or similar certification is highly desirable with a focus on healthcare project management.
  • Data modeling, healthcare analytics, or programming experience (SQL, BI visualization tools, etc.), a plus.

Where: Remote, US
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
