About the Role
The Marketing and Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the company’s sales initiatives and expanding market presence. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy Development and Implementation:
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Marketing Activities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.
Assist in the development of promotional materials and digital content.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Utilize various channels to generate leads, including social media, email campaigns, and networking events.
Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on market insights.
Administrative Duties:
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
